Harghita County Development Agency was established by County Council Decision no. 322/2015 with headquarters in Miercurea Ciuc. The purpose of this institution is to contribute, through its elaborated activities and programs, to the development of Harghita County, as well as to carry out professional background studies related to the activity of the County Council, if necessary.
